Yan Melnikov, a Belarusian commander of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment, was spotted in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) wearing an SS Galizien patch. He has been fighting for Ukraine since early 2014, previously with the Azov unit Pahonia.
